Join Lisa as she takes you through a ballet inspired routine which will leave you energized and asking for more! Through Barre and Centre work, your benefits will include an increase in muscle tone, improved posture and core strength, increased flexibility, increased metabolism and more! Even more, you will learn some beginner ballet techniques as a part of this class. Ideal for any age or fitness level and NO experience is required.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes and socks, bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.
